A book for new readers
I see the cricket digging a hole. I see the buffalo shivering in the cold.
Beginning readers need the satisfaction of reading a book by themselves. This is particularly important for children from ethnic minority groups, who often speak a tribal language at home and don't begin learning Lao until they enter school. This book, by a member of our book party team, gives them one more fun and easy book, with pictures of familiar settings.
