Wisdom of the past
There's a reason that Aesop's Fables have enjoyed so many centuries of popularity in countries around the world. They're short, they're fun, and every story presents a moral lesson without being too preachy. Children enjoy thinking through the implications of what happened to who, and why. Here are two stories from Aesop, amply illustrated to make them appealing for readers of all ages.
retold by Big Brother Mouse staff, illustrated by Lengly Herchualy This book was made possible by a sponsorship from Peggy Horn, and Zena Carter (both of Australia). Thank you!
