Siphone Sengvandy, a young Khmu man, spent a year talking with Khmu elders, writing down their favorite folktales, then translating them from the Khmu language into Lao. Here are four stories that are particularly popular in Khmu villages.
retold by Siphone Sengvandy, illustrated by Lengly Herchualy This book was made possible because of a gift from Birgitta Smedeby and friends in Sweden, and Lin Palmer in England. Thank you!
