Good Manners

A red light means stop. People from the countryside may not know that. As Laos changes, and more people live in cities, one of the country's most prominent writers offers advice to make life better for everyone:

Don't ride your motorbikes three abreast, it blocks other traffic. Throw trash in a suitable place. If you put things such as flower vases outside of your house, don't put them in way of people using the street or sidewalk.
